FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man arrested twice over the weekend for shoplifting at two different stores is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Framingham District Court.Police arrested Kavon Mavaddat, 28, both on Saturday and on Sunday, according to police.On Saturday, police went to Walmart on Rte. 9 for a report of a shoplifter in the store.
