SOUTHBOROUGH — Southborough Police have charged one of two suspects in the Nov. 29 burglary of a Rte. 9 Gulf gas station.Jose M. Vazquez, 52, of Springfield, was arrested by another department on unrelated matters and will be brought from the Hampden County jail to Westborough District Court to be arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime, larceny from a building, possession of burglarious instruments and vandalizing property, according to police.
