SOUTHBOROUGH — After much debate, Town Meeting Wednesday night overwhelmingly approved a $27 million plan to buy the 60-acre St. Mark's Golf Course and build a new public safety complex on part of the land.The vote came in 657 in favor to 65 against, or 90.9 percent, according to Town Moderator Steve Morreale.
