MARLBOROUGH – A Lynn man and a 17-year-old boy were arrested early Monday morning after police say they broke into several cars at the Meadows apartment complex and led police on a short chase.An officer was patrolling near the apartment complex around 3:45 a.m. when a Honda Civic pulled out and onto Broadmeadow Road.
