A Framingham woman appeared to have passed out behind the wheel on Monday when her Toyota rear-ended another car on Pond Street in Ashland, authorities said.Lilibeth Vasquez, 22, admitted to drinking wine before the 5:35 p.m. crash on Pond Street near Market Basket, according to an Ashland Police report filed in Framingham District Court on Tuesday.No one was injured.
