FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man after they said they saw what they believed to be a drug deal on Waverly Street on Friday, authorities said.Police arrested Marcellus Williams, 36, along with his alleged customer, Donna Togracci, 41, of Milford, at 9:11 p.m. They also arrested Robert Pesocolido, 35, also of Framingham, who was driving the car from which Williams conducted the drug deal, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Monday.
