A Natick man picked up his son by the neck and head and threw him because he was angry about the boy not cleaning the bathroom, authorities said.Natick Police did not arrest Timothy M. Hall, 50, for the Dec. 30 incident because it was initially reported to the Wellesley Police Department, according to a Natick Police report filed in Natick District Court on Tuesday.According to the report, the assault occurred on Dec. 30 when Hall’s three children were visiting him.
