Police from three departments busted a Dorchester man in Framingham on Wednesday who was wanted for the Mother’s Day shooting of a pregnant woman in Dorchester.Framingham, Boston and the Massachusetts State Police arrested Rumel Santana, 20, at a Kendall Street apartment at 4:01 p.m. without incident, Framingham Police Lt.
