FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man admitted to damaging several vehicles parked between the police station and the Memorial Building last week.Police arrested Luis Antonio Lema-Largo, 20, on Monday at 9:40 p.m. after he was caught on video on Thursday damaging a BMW parked near the police station, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Tuesday.Police had received numerous complaints recently of cars being damaged in the Union Avenue parking lot.
