FRAMINGHAM – A Wayland woman was cited after her car collided with a police cruiser responding to an emergency call on Wednesday.Brittany Carll, 23, of Trout Brook Road, was cited for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle after the 1:40 p.m. crash near 655 Concord St.According to a crash report, Carll was driving south on Concord Street while Officer Thomas Gardner was driving a police cruiser with its blue lights on.
