FRAMINGHAM – A woman whose blood alcohol level was nearly four times the legal limit, crashed her car into the same vehicle four times before driving away, authorities said.Police arrested Mary Beltran, 27, of Framingham, at 2:15 p.m., about 45 minutes after the 1:30 p.m. crash on Kendall Street.Just before the accident, Beltran drove her car up onto the curb behind another car, according to a report filed in Framingham District Court on Friday.The owner of [...]
