MILFORD - A man accused of a mid-July fatal stabbing was arraigned on a new charge and ordered held without bail in Milford District Court Friday.Jusselo Dias Dos Reis, 44, pleaded not guilty to a new charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
