FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man who crashed his car into a light pole on Wednesday blamed another driver for the damage to his car and held the driver's phone hostage, demanding payment, authorities said.Police arrested Jonathan Kizito, 22, at his 48 Phelps Road home at 4:06 p.m., about two hours after the incident on Union Avenue, police spokeswoman Lt.
