WESTBOROUGH – A Worcester man police say stole three chainsaws from Lowe’s last month was arrested Wednesday after trying to steal two more chainsaws from the Rte. 9 hardware store.Lowe’s employees reported three chainsaws were stolen from the store on Aug. 17.
