FRAMINGHAM - Three people were arrested Wednesday night after police checked a suspicious car on Franklin Street.Two were arrested on drug charges. Alfaro Juan Videla, 20, of 21 Charles St., was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, and possession of cocaine, a Class B substance. Michael A.
