FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham woman was arrested Monday after police said she nearly hit a police officer as she drove through a construction zone on Cochituate Road and then led another cop on a brief chase.Karla Melendez, 24, told police she didn’t stop after the 8 p.m. incident because she had a suspended license, police said.Police Sgt.
