FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham woman drove down the wrong side of the road on Wednesday, forcing several other vehicles to scatter to avoid being hit, authorities said.Police arrested Delemy Penalba, 48, after they pulled her over on Summer Street at 8:05 p.m., police spokeswoman Lt.
