FRAMINGHAM – A homeless man ran into traffic on Tuesday and began slamming his fist down repeatedly on an off-duty officer’s pickup truck, authorities said.Police arrested Sean Pelfrey, 39, after the 4 p.m. incident on Hollis Street, police said.On Tuesday, Officer Kenneth Blass was off-duty and driving his own vehicle on Hollis Street when Pelfrey ran to the truck and began hitting the truck’s hood, police spokeswoman Lt.
