MARLBOROUGH – A parking spot dispute on Wednesday led to a Marlborough man punching another man, slashing his tires and trying to set the man’s car on fire, police said.The victim held Fabio Teixeira, 35, in a choke hold until police arrived and arrested him at 9:07 a.m., police spokesman Detective Scott DeCiero said on Thursday.Police went to 100 Phelps St. for a report of a dispute in the parking lot.
