FRAMINGHAM – An early morning home invasion at a Phelps Road apartment on Thursday in which a tenant was shot in the arm was not a random attack, police said.Investigators believed the two assailants, men dressed all in black, were targeting someone who may have been staying at 48 Phelps Road, police spokeswoman Lt.
