NORTHBOROUGH — A Westborough woman was charged with endangering her 9-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter after allegedly driving under the influence of drugs last week while the children were inside her Jeep.According to court records, a witness called police at 8:10 p.m. Thursday to report seeing a Jeep Cherokee driving erratically.
