MILFORD – The son of Milford Police Chief Thomas O’Loughlin has a dislocated shoulder after a car crash Friday night.A car coming out of Exchange Street struck Officer Kevin O’Loughlin’s cruiser, the chief said, at about 7:45 p.m. Friday.
