WORCESTER - Jury selection began Thursday in Worcester Superior Court for the trial of a Georgia man charged with murder in the 1974 stabbing death of 21-year-old Eileen Ferro in her Shrewsbury home.Lonzo Guthrie, 71, of Austell, Georgia, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of first-degree murder in the Feb. 22, 1974, slaying.
