WESTBOROUGH – A Millbury man lured his employee to an empty house on Zara Drive last Tuesday where he raped the woman before she escaped, authorities said.Police arrested Fabio DeOliveira, 37, after the woman reported the sexual assault on Friday, according to a police report filed in Westborough District Court on Monday.The woman reported the assault in Marlborough District Court, who contacted Westborough Police.
