Sheriffs departments warn of jury duty scam

The Middlesex and Worcester county sheriff’s office warned residents about a new round of scam calls threatening citizens with arrest for failing to appear for jury and/or grand jury service.A victim of the scam lost more than $1,500 because the Middlesex County resident believed the threat was real.
