WORCESTER — An alleged kidnapping is under investigation by police after a man reportedly drove off from Chandler Street Saturday evening with a woman inside and held against her will.Police cruisers were parked outside the apartment building at 30 Chandler St. around 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
