FRAMIGHAM – Police arrested two Framingham teens and will summon to court one Framingham mother after a fight on Phelps Road on Saturday that reportedly a bat and butcher knives.Police arrested a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy after the 9:30 p.m. fight, police spokesman Lt.
