HYANNIS — Both a woman and the driver of a tow truck sent to pick up her vehicle were arrested Saturday morning and charged with drunk driving, according to state police.State Police Trooper Edward Alldredge stopped Patricia O’Donnell, 51, of Marston Mills, on Rte. 28 in Barnstable around 2:20 a.m. and arrested her, charging her with driving under the influence of liquor, state police said.
