ARLINGTON - Police report that three Everett men were arrested and drugs were seized after a road-rage incident Saturday night in Chelsea.According to a press release from Arlington police, Jaylon S. Butler, 23; Malachi Barnett, 23; and Branden D. Taylor, 24, were arrested and charged with possession of a Class D substance (marijuana) with intent to distribute.
