NORTHBRIDGE - A Mendon man who allegedly kept three Great Pyrenees puppies and their mother unattended at a barn he owns in Northbridge, without human interaction or medical care, was charged with animal cruelty Tuesday in Uxbridge District Court.Mustafa Harrati, 51, of 24 Bates St., was released on personal recognizance.
