WESTBOROUGH - Police are warning of phone scams after separate incidents in which seniors contacted by telephone to bail grandchildren out of jail were taken for a total of $22,000.Westborough police said they received two separate reports on Dec. 12 from unrelated residents who were victimized by "family emergency" scams.
