WESTBOROUGH - An Ohio man is facing multiple charges after police say he drove with a Verizon picketer on the hood of his pickup truck.Officers arrested George A. Pulling, 55, of 11108 Prouty Lane, Painesville, after the incident at about 8:20 a.m. today at the Extended Stay Hotel, 180 East Main St.Pulling was a replacement worker who was staying at the hotel.
