NATICK – A Lowell man who ran a red light on Rte. 9 and crashed his Jeep into a Prius - and killing its operator - won’t be allowed to drive for 15 years after pleading guilty Tuesday in Natick District Court.Stephen J. Keefe, 46, will also be on probation for five years and has to complete 100 hours of community service.With the plea, Keefe admitted his negligent driving was responsible for the Aug. 7, 2016, crash that killed John B.
