FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man hit a police officer on Tuesday and struggled with several others who were trying to place him in protective custody, authorities said.Police instead arrested Heriberto Rosado, 56, after the 8:52 p.m. incident, prosecutor Francesca Cone said during Rosado’s Framingham District Court arraignment.Police initially went to 23 Hayes St., a rooming house where Rosado lives.
