NEEDHAM — Three Needham police officers were hospitalized early Friday after being exposed to fentanyl.Officers were called to the Marriott Residence Inn parking lot on B Street, just off Rte. 128, to conduct a security check.Police said officers encountered a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. During the investigation, police said the officers were exposed to fentanyl.The officers were taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Needham for observation and later released. [...]
