FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man admitted to shooting up heroin on Monday and later driving and crashing his car into a truck, authorities said.Police arrested Juan Rivera Nieves, 58, after the 5:39 p.m. crash at Irving and South streets.According to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Tuesday, police went to the crash that involved a Toyota Camry driven by Nieves and GMC pickup truck.
