CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire high school teacher has been arrested in connection with sexual assault allegations involving a minor in Massachusetts, police said Thursday.Police arrested Primo "Howie" Leung, 36, of Concord, on Wednesday on a fugitive from justice charge.
