FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man threatened another man with a knife on Wednesday after they argued about whether he had the right to use a car, authorities said.Police arrested Heriberto Lopez, 27, after the 12:30 p.m. incident at 38 Frederick St., police said.The victim called police and said that he and Lopez got into an argument because Lopez was trying to drive the victim’s girlfriend’s car, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court.
