HUDSON – Former Fire Chief John Blood has been charged with misusing a town credit card, authorities said.On Thursday, the Police Department issued a summons to Blood, 59, of 1 Oak St., Clinton, that charged him with larceny of more than $250 by a single scheme.Hudson Police Chief Michael D.
