MILFORD – Police arrested a man while he was doing yard work earlier this week, after a neighbor reported he threatened to shoot his dog.Rorne Dias-Gomes, 49, of 5 Columbus Ave., was arrested at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday, and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon – a handgun – and disorderly conduct.A neighbor of Dias-Gomes said he was walking his dog past Dias-Gomes' house, according to the police report, when Dias-Gomes’ own dog ran into the yard [...]
