HOLLISTON – A local man is facing his second drunken-driving charge after he drove his car on a lawn Tuesday and crashed into a tree, authorities said.Police arrested Joseph Garvey, 57, after the 7:30 p.m. crash on Railroad Street.Garvey was not injured.Police said Garvey lost control and crashed his car into the tree.
