WORCESTER - A New Hampshire man has been charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of a woman Wednesday night at O'Connor's Restaurant on West Boylston Street.Carlos Asencio, 28, of Derry, N.H., entered the restaurant at 1160 West Boylston St. shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday and stabbed the 31-year-old victim, a woman he previously dated, according to police.
