ASHLAND - A Framingham man is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday on rape and other sexual assault charges. Ashland Police arrested Dylan Fountain, 20, in Framingham around 9 a.m. Wednesday. The alleged incident occurred around 2 a.m., interim Ashland Police Chief Vincent Alfano said.The incident involved at least two victims and occurred at a Joanne Drive apartment.
