WORCESTER - Three weeks after being found not guilty of second-degree murder, Erika L. Murray returns to Worcester Superior Court today for sentencing on assault and battery charges.Murray, 35, who concealed the remains of three dead infants in her squalid home in Blackstone, was acquitted of a murder charge related to one of the deaths.
