FRAMINGHAM – Police say an argument about a parking spot on Thursday led to two people being arrested, including one for assault with a knife.Police arrested Joel Figueroa, 24, of Framingham, and Chloe Collins, 23, no fixed address, after the 7:26 p.m. incident on Willis Street, police Lt.
