FRAMINGHAM – A Shrewsbury woman who police say was passed out drunk behind the wheel of her SUV on Loker Street Tuesday said she was on the way to her Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, police said.Police arrested Lisa Turco, 48, at 1:40 p.m., police Lt.
