FRAMINGHAM — Police arrested a Framingham man Monday after a fight involving pepper spray, authorities said.Police arrested Aaron Hart, 19, after the 11:30 a.m. fight on Kendall Street.Police went to the fight involving several people, including juveniles. Hart’s alleged victim told officers that Hart had tried to fight him and he did not want to fight, police spokeswoman Lt. Patricia Grigas said. The teen said he used the pepper spray as self-defense.
