FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man is accused of pepper-spraying two teenage boys and a Framingham woman on Monday after they refused his challenge to fight.Police arrested Aaron Hart, 19, after the 11:25 a.m. incident on Kendall Street, prosecutor Doug Gibbons said during Hart’s arraignment in Framingham District Court.On Monday, police went to Irving Street and "saw two males and a female screaming in pain after being sprayed with pepper spray,” Gibbons said.
