BLACKSTONE - Police are charging a Blackstone teenager in the fatal shooting of a cat with an arrow.The teen became a suspect after investigators received several tips, according to Acting Police Chief Gregory Gilmore.On Thursday, police were alerted that a cat had been shot on Old Mendon Street.
