FRAMINGHAM - Police have arrested two men after surrounding a house on Hartford Street with guns drawn. The arrests, at about 7 p.m., come after an earlier crash involving two vehicles on Grant Street where two pedestrians were struck. Both pedestrians were taken to area hospitals, police confirmed.
